New 0.8.3 build

Hi all,
A new 0.8.3 build has been released yesterday. It includes all
translation updates received after Oct 21 and a new Ukrainian
translation graciously contributed by Mykola Bilovus. It also includes
a couple bug fixes (svn 2941 & 2942).

As a sidenote, I came across this video cast that talks about
muCommander in great lengths, thought you might like it :
