Dear "Mr Hewes":

Would you check this cell, < twfax.csie.ncu.edu.tw >. I have tried to
send fax to 8863 490 xxxx, 3 times for the past 3 weeks.

Each time, I received from my mail server this message;

" Deferred: Connection timed out with twfax.csie.ncu.edu.tw.
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old "
