I'm not attaching my .pat and .net files, but suffice it to say that on
my machine (linux) repeated calls to prog.bat (below) produce the
following *alternating* answers:

32.4227
34.0035
32.4227
34.0035
etc.

Can someone explain the alternating behavior?

Here is prog.bat:

setSeed(1)
loadNet ("pca.net")
loadPattern ("trn.pat")
setInitFunc("Randomize_Weights", 1.0, -1.0)
setLearnFunc("Std_Backpropagation",0.001)
initNet ()

for i := 1 to 100 do
trainNet ()
endfor
print(MSE)
saveNet("pca.net")
