Hi there,

I am trying to get smail 3.2.0.101 working as a mail gateway for my
private LAN.
The LAN is not permanently connected, so it doesn't have a 'valid'
domainname. I am using 'marys.dyn.ml.org' at the moment but I need to
change it to something thats valid, so the remote host will accept
the mail.
The problem is summarized in the following transcript (produced by
`runq -D /tmp/out -d9`)

SMTP-send: MAIL FROM:<su...@surge.marys.dyn.ml.org> SIZE=1068
SMTP-reply: 451 <su...@surge.marys.dyn.ml.org>... Domain must resolve

Please note that this is a gateway mail machine, so the header can't
be changed on the mail clients end.

All machines involved run Debian Linux 2.0.
The gateway mail machine is running smail debian package (see above
for version)

Can anyone please help - this is very frustrating, as I have to send
mail using telnet at the moment :)
