It does not exactly say what happens if an IP address has a bit set in
the "all bits past the nth in ip must be 0" range.
Inserting a 122.177.0.0/15 did not get an error from rbldns-data when
the list is compiled into a cdb.
Nor did rbldns blacklist the ip address 122.177.157.189
Apparently no proof reading is done.
