disable smtp-auth on port 25

Hi List!

I installed netqmail-1.06 with smtp-auth ( patched qmail-smtpd )
and ssl over stunnel4. Everything work fine.

However the user can send mails if authenticated using port 25.
How can I disable it allowing smtp-auth on port 465 only?
