I am wondering how to setup DSN with qmail. Google couldn't give me any
answer...

Which part? Qmail smtpd does not know the DSN extension, but you can try to respond to Return-Receipt-To (sendmail has support for converting this into a DSN request, which may be enough if you just want to receive them). But qmail's bounces aren't DSNs, and so the best you can do is attach the original message (patch available) rather than using "qsbnf".

In other words: it's all a bit useless, and you should upgrade to Postfix, Sendmail or Courier. Exim and XMail do not support it.

Don't forget ezmlm is available for mailing lists if all you want to do is bounce handling on mailing lists; that uses VERP.
