Does NetBSD (or any *BSD) support the SB16C1052PCI UART chip?
The 256-byte FIFO and AUTO-RTS features look promising,
but it isn't obvious from grepping through the sources
if there is support for this particular chip.  Looks like
there is support for AUTO-RTS for the ST16C650A, so maybe
a minor patch could get that working?

Looking at http://www.sybausa.com/productInfo.php?iid=594
but open to suggestions of other PCI RS-232 cards with
big FIFO and AUTO-RTS.
