Missing components in vfsops(9) and internals guide

Hi,

there are four functions in the vfsops(9)-vector that are not documented:
VFS_RENAMELOCK_ENTER, VFS_RENAMELOCK_EXIT, VFS_EXTATTRCTL and VFS_FSYNC.
This is a mess for people who want to understand existing or implement new
filesystems.

There are patches to correct that (and address some smaller issues with the

Could someone please check these patches and commit, if applicable?

Then there also is a patch for vnodeops(9) fixing a small type and
hightlighting an issue you only get when looking at the code.
