Shouldn't the uucp address be .Aq'd too?

Or just plain removed? I must confess I never used a UUCP address for
anything, so I'm not sure about the conventions.

I don't think so. My collection of LNCS issues from late 80s is
stashed elsewhere and I will only be able to check on the weekend.
