[MiNT] Sparemint server
Frank Naumann
Due to legal restrictions of my university internet account I can no
longer run the Sparemint http/ftp server.
So I search a new location. Any ideas are welcome.
Would be nice to have:
- ftp upload
- cvs update of the html files/scripts
- cron jobs
- running perl scripts
- shell login for adminstrative tasks

O-o :-( The new place is already found? Coz if not, I'll write to some
friendly admins...
Frank, I don't have the latest kernel snapshot (I have the 'almost latest',
i.e. without your latest modification to some files). Where I can download
it so that I could have fresh src, if your machine is off?

Depending of the trafic I can provide hosting on a linux server or a
Sun server. please contact me directly by email.

First I want to thank all people who offered to help me. It's really great
to see that so much people are still interested in Sparemint also if there
are not so many updates in the last time.
A new location is found. Rob Mahlert, webmaster of atariforge.net, donated
server space and his domain for the Sparemint site. Thank you very much
Rob!

I hope I updated all links and references.
The CVS server is still on the old place up and running. It will be move
in the near future too. I announce this for sure here too :-)

That's good news! Don't forget to change the URL for the Sparemint site
that is in the "sparemint_notify" perl script.
