chan_capi and Asterisk 1.8

Hi,

I've just updated my chan_capi module to support Asterisk 1.8.

NOTE: There might be some bugs when using chan_capi with Asterisk 1.8.

svn --username anonsvn --password anonsvn checkout \
svn://svn.turbocat.net/i4b/trunk/chan_capi

If you are using ISDN4BSD and Asterisk 1.8 please test and report back!
