Does anyone out there have experience with Livigston Firewall Routers?

I have created an input filter configured to block telnet activity to our
"mainframe" except from one of our class C addresses (we have 2 class C's,
not consecutive). But, my boss is able to get in from his ISP at home!

If anybody knows what I am missing, I would greatly appreciate a quick
e-mail.
