Hello,

I downloaded kde2 for potato from kde.tdyc.com. It needs
libssl096. I searched the debian site for the same and could
not find it. I found libssl 0.9.6. Does this provide
libssl096? If not, where can I get the package?

Thanks,

Yes, it does.

libssl096 is a virtual package. This is provided by
libssl0.9.6. You can get this by adding the line

deb http://pandora.debian.org/debian-non-US stable/non-US main contrib non-free

in your /etc/apt/sources.list file.

Thanks for the link. But, I could not find the file there. What I
found was libssl09_0.9.4-5.deb. Does this provide libssl096?
