html indenting quote style email rendering

Hi,

So there's some common email client (outlook? mail.app?) that quotes the previous message by using some HTML indent markup. The result is supposed to view like this:

What displays instead is all the text with no indention anywhere. I have to always load these messages into the browser to actually see the indent and comprehend them.

I've tried setting `mm-text-html-renderer` to `w3m` and `shr` and `gnus-w3m` to no avail.

Is everyone just putting up with this indecipherable output (that is seemingly becoming very common), or is there some setting I'm missing that would display the HTML content properly indented?

Hi,

Yes, I'll include the `.` raw text from a reply I created, I sent an email from mu4e to an outlook account I have and then used outlook to reply. This is the reply as read in mu4e and using `.` to view the raw source. In the html markup it looks like its using `margin-left` to indent the original message text, and not using that for the reply text which matches what it looks like when viewed in an html browser (the original text is indented). Viewed in mu4e there is no indention, so no way to differentiate the original from the reply.
