Changing the quoted reply text in mu4e

Hi all!

I've been using mu4e for a little while now, but it bothers me that the
format of the message quote created when I press 'R' to reply to a
message isn't exactly how I'd like it to be... is there any way to
change this? I've tried searching M-x describe-variable for certain
keywords but I can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know how to
change the format of the quoted reply inserted into the message?
