Good Afternoon,

Is anyone out there using the OE Order functionality with Scheduling for their Radiology Procedures?
How are you handling the Orders Crossing to ITS ahead of the service date?
We currently rely on the order being entered as the notification to the Technologist the patient is here and ready for their exam.
This really won't work if the order is already put in ahead of time. Are you using Arrival Time in ITS as flag for the Technologist to say the patient is here?
What about the busy worklist they would have with patients that are not here yet and still juggling Inpatient Orders? Did you find a way to filter the worklist for both?
Any high level thoughts on your process would be much appreciated.

We are Meditech Client/Server 5.67.

Thanks in Advance!
