We are C/S 5.67 but this could apply to any platform I think. We do a hemolysis index with many of our chemistry tests but if those tests are combined on one specimen number then the hemolysis is only done and reported once. As we interface to outside physicians and groups, I have found that some of those systems break the message down into individual tests and the hemolysis index is only being associated with one test. Has anyone else encountered this and found a way to resolve it?

Thanks,
