Hi Folks,

Over the past two years our providers have been experiencing an error when logging into our Expanse system through the browser. They are able to get authenticated by our ADSF process but when they get to the Expanse "splash" screen to start their session, they get an error of "We cannot start do to errors communicating with the server" and get kicked back to the login screen. Has anyone else seen this with Expanse Web?

Thanks,

Mac

It should look like the "expanse-good.png" image, but instead it looks like the "expanse-bad.png" image.

The images are on our Nextcloud server here:

I'm a remote worker for my hospital.  I use StarLink.  Now, I notice
that it seems highly dependent on my connection quality to the EHR if I
get taht error or not.

You'll get Meditech telling you that you should use chrome with the mesh
extension
(https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/meditech-extended-softwar/cfiiaghkcgclikdbpkeemjbkjegemjmb),
and that might solve it for you.

I use FreeBSD with Mozilla Firefox and only have issues when my starlink
is misbehaving.  I do a traceroute to hospital cloud provider and see
it's more than 17 hops away, that's when I can't connect reliable.  So I
use a VPN at that point and it solves it for me.

Just letting you know what has worked for me, your mileage may vary.
