[MT-L] Audit reports

Good afternoon,

Has anyone created any specific employee audit reports they'd be willing to share?


* Something that may look at a user's last name and check to see if they've accessed a patient's chart with the same last name?
* Anything that shows an employee who is a guarantor of a patient accessing their chart?
* Anything that shows employee's have accessed their own charts?

We use a vendor solution to monitor access to employee charts.

Since we do not use Meditech for Payroll or HR, we set up a custom defined query to hold the employee's badge number so there is a correlation between the user mnemonic and employee badge number.

It works pretty well for us.
