[MT-L] IT System Access Requests, How do you Handle?

Hi,

I've been asked to see if anyone would share with us how your facility handles setting up Network and Meditech security access


* Do you have a paper or online SARF (System Access Request Form)?

o If online, what utility or software do you use?

o Are you willing to share samples of your forms?

* Who grants Meditech access at your facility?

o Specifically, who handles setting up users in Meditech and then who handles menus, desktops, application access?

o How do you handle staff that has more than one "job" in Meditech?
