Pressing Enter in the search box now selects the first item that is shown in the list below. This creates delays or unexpected results when bringing up a changeset (by typing "[12345]" in the search box) or doing a full search (since Enter will bring up the first result, not the actual search page).

It will also bring up a partial search in cases where the Enter key is pressed too quickly after entering text, if the menu has not caught up with the full value of the text field yet.
