MELM group invitation to new people - neglected Barış Bozkurt, Ph. D. & Fatih Özaydın, Ph. D.

I had had thought that the invitation was already extended to our MELM participant Barış Bozkurt, but I suspect he didn't receive it or was oblivious to it for some reason.

Aside from him, I'd like to invite right away my long-time friend and colleague Fatih Özaydın, Ph. D., who is also knowledgable in programming languages and has great enthusiasm toward Maqam Music. He plays, as an amateur, the Ney among other things and has been following for a long time all the developments in microtonal music by the names here. He surely might have some insight about the code discussions relating to tuning standards.
