They said they wanted to have the opening keynote up as soon as possible, which they did. Evan's and Ezra's keynote was up around noon on Saturday.
Short answer: I don't think even the Confreaks guys know exactly when the videos will be released. It isn't an exact science at this point.
Long answer: The process to proof the videos is time consuming. The video they "pre-released" of Giles' session got out of sync about half way through, so I'm sure its taking them longer than they'd like to get it released. Hopefully the other sessions will go smoother that Giles', but you never know.
Carl and Coby of Confreaks are great guys and I know they are working as hard as they can. They provide a terrific service at a price we can afford, and they do it because they are part of and love the Ruby community. I missed half of the conference so I'm dying to see the videos as well, but we'll just have to be patient until then. :)
