Does anyone know how to copy a ride from someone you follow and ride with on Strava?

I'd like to add data from rides that I did earlier this year when I hadn't started using Strava.  I know I can do it manually, but that doesn't capture everything and it's not all that efficient.

Thanks and Happy Holidays,
Tyson

I download the GPX file and use this website to add time stamps to it so I can upload it as a new activity:

All you need to do is give it a start time and manually input the average speed of the rider you are copying it from, then it will create a 'Track' that can be uploaded to Strava.
