Dear Members / Patrons,

 

We hereby inform and invite all members to attend Annual General Body meeting of ANAND NILAYAM SENIOR CITIZEN HOME Project,  www.anandnilayam.com

On Sunday 19^th July 2026 at 10am at F-TAM Centre Thane to discuss following agenda.

 

1.       To read and approve the minutes of last AGM & Spl EGM meetings held on 1/2/26

2.       To present the Annual report for 2025-26 and brief on competition of all Govt approval formalities to 

build the ANAND NILAYAM Project on its own 5 Acre land.

3.       Present Accounts statement and balance sheet for the financial year 2025-26.

4.       To present the budget estimate and phase wise construction plans.

5.       To present and approve various types of memberships, the benefit plans for the 

Founder members/ Donors/ CSR partners etc.

6.       To set up Fund raising committee and organize fund raising programs/activities.

7.       To discuss and approve social media campaign strategy and budgets.

8.       To review all Founder members contribution / options for various plans and 

enrol new founder members to reach the maximum limit of 200 Founder Members.

9.       Any other points with the permission of chair.

Note: In absence of quorum, meeting will be adjourned for 30 minutes and will be reconvened at same place.   Refreshments will be served to all.
