We invite you for the meeting on Sunday, 17th May 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 pm

at F-TAM Center, A 202, Regal Plaza, Lokpuram, Vasant Vihar, Thane

for detailed discussions and adoption of the plan ( with changes if any )

on the attached Project Plan and the Draft Fundraising Proposal.

ANAND NILAYAM SENIOR CITIZEN HOME Project.

We all need to raise Rs 30 Cr in the next year.

Town Planning approved the plan, the Collector issued the CC, and we are ready to begin construction.

We request everyone to read the draft plan and assist with fundraising for the noble cause of senior citizens. 

Rs 2,511 for one square foot of construction cost

Rs 2.5 Lakhs for a bed in a dormitory.

Rs 5 Lakhs for 1 bed in a twin-share room of 239 sqft

Rs 10 Lakhs for a full room of 139 sq ft.

Every drop counts. Let us do our best for this community project for senior citizens
