Greetings to all Founder members and friends,

ANAND NILAYAM SENIOR CITIZEIN HOME Project.

As you know we have received all approvals of Town Planning, Collector office etc for the

Building Permissions and Commencement Certificate CC as well.

Now next is the Construction phase. We need to raise Rs 30 Cr for the project.

Every sq foot construction cost is approximately Rs 2511 and every one can support

one sq ft cost and multiple thereof as donation.

As on date, 31 members paid full Founder membership amount Rs 1 Lakh

actual cost per bed is coming to Rs 5 lakhs, so all members need to help the project

by doing fundraising. 

General appeal letter is attached for your reference and sharing to prospective donors , new founder members and CSR partners etc.
