   at H. No. 459, Village Umbhare, Khopoli Pali Road in association with SN EYE CARE Panvel.

 

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are pleased to invite you for the inaugural function of EYE TESTING CAMP on Thursday 

7^th October 2021 at 11am at ANAND NILAYAM SENIOR CITIZEN HOME, Umbhare,

 Khopoli Pali Road, 3km from Imagika, SH 92. Dist – Raigad.

As part of our Rural outreach program, depending upon the response from people, 

we are planning weekly EYE TESTING camp on every Thursday, 11am to 3pm, in association with 

  SN EYE CARE, Panvel Address : Plot No 11, Sector 12, Panvel East, Dist Raigad - 410206.

You can also share this EYE TESTING Camp information to all the nearby villagers in Khopoli Pali Road, 

Sudhagad Pali, Kahalpur and Pen Taluka as well. Our focus is to help Tribal, Adivasi and poor and needy people, 

so that they can avail the benefit from the EYE TESTING Camp closer to their homes. 

Patients can also visit SN EYE CARE Panvel center for further check up and consulting as per their convenience.
