Looks like the Coffee Tree may be closed for a time - there is some sort of disagreement between the Coffee Tree company and the new folks who have been running it for the last few months
Hopefully things will settle down and it will come back!
It is still a good place to meet... just no coffee!

Why not give the Panaderia some business? The bakery is open at 7 am, don’t know if they serve coffee at that hour but the resto opens at 8 am.

I spoke with Jose the owner of the Panaderia on Beverly. He said he could provide you coffee before 7 am if you come there before your rides. He’s happy to accommodate by 6:45 am and possibly earlier if you wanted. They are there early since they are baking in the wee hours before daylight.
Just go talk to him before the weekend and let him know that you want to do that. They’re really nice people and the food is great, too.
