Normal MTB wear and tear, but it wasn't ridden very much at all. Fork has been serviced, but I always meant to just replace it because it is. . .not great.

Astral Solstice 700c wheel set. 

They still make the disc brake version, but these are alloy rim brake. Tubeless ready, White Industries hubs with titanium freehub body, ~1400 grams.

 I always felt like these had too low a spike count, and I could never get the front wheel true enough to eliminate some brake shimmy, but they are certainly light and the hubs are great. 

Giant P-SLR1 700c wheel set

Tubeless ready alloy rim brake, Giant branded DT-Swiss hubs with star ratchet freehub body, ~1400 grams

Great wheelset, but the brake track is starting to wear down slightly. Probably 5,000+ miles left before you'd need to think about new rims, but that might not even be one season for some of you! Bearings were replaced when worn.

Ultegra R8000 11sp rim brake group, minus crankset

Well maintained. 11-28, 11-30, and 11-34 cassettes in good condition and all work with the stock derailleur.
