Here is a piece of information regarding a tournament held in Beijing this August. The organizer will provide registration waiver, so you only need to pay for the airfare.
The debating format is going to be British Parliamentary, BP (same as NEAO 2011 and upcoming Wenzao Invitational 2012)
Team cap for each institution is 1 team and 1 adjudicator.

It's my great pleasure to hear from you that you are quite interested in FLTRP Cup this year. It will be perfect if some of the universities in Taiwan would be able to come!
The official website of this tournament is: www.chinadebate.org. You can see all the related information on that website. Furthermore, FLTRP, as the organizer, would like to invite several universities from TW to participate directly in the national finals in late August. Every institution is allowed to send a team with three people: an adjudicator and two debaters. FLTRP will provide certain amount of fund to you, which will cover your expenses at Beijing. The only money you have to spend is the travel expenses.
I'm now an intern working in FLTRP. So if you are interested, feel free to contact me! The competition is going to hold in late August, and please let us know whether this time is suitable for TW students. That will be really helpful!
