Cauldron has a JSON interface.  There's no pagination, now, so it might not be awesome for a mobile device yet, but I'm willing to add it if people think it's useful.  The interface is extremely simple for now:

http://mtgcauldron.com/search?q=boomerang&output=json -> {'results': [...]}

I'd *love* to see an Android/iPhone app for this, but I can't stand Java.  If anyone has a weekend, or suggestions for a better API, let me know.
