Example code for PoissonRatio and shearModulus function?

Hi,

I have just stumbled upon the page for stiffnessTensor Class in the documentation - https://mtex-toolbox.github.io/files/doc/stiffnessTensor_index.html

I was wondering if it would be possible to provide example codes for calculating Poisson ratio and shear modulus of both mono-crystal and poly-crystal for a given elastic stiffness tensor (C)? It would be great to have them added here as well - https://mtex-toolbox.github.io/files/doc/ElasticityTensor.html
