I am excited to report the new revision of my add-on GUI is now available via my researchgate page.  The new script generation utility allows new MTEX users to generate a custom command-line script for the material and analysis type they're performing, which can then be run directly with MTEX without the app.  This is intended to allow new users a stepping stone between using the GUI for basic analysis work, and using MTEX directly for more complex analysis.

Happy plotting!

I wish this was available earlier, would have been a great help to learn MTEX. :)

Few points,

1. Warning about deprecated command, does not affect the plot though.

Warning: Starting with MTEX 5.1 "ipdfHSVOrientationMapping" has
been replaced by "ipfHSVKey".

2. The script recorder is capturing every change, perhaps recording the last state could be an option? Example: say in T2 I am plotting grains map and code with all the grain parameters I have tried is getting in the script. But I only need the final plot to be in the script to refine/modify in MTEX. I propose to keep two option in T0 beside "Record Script" button - (1) Record all events (just like now), and (2) Record only last tab state.
