Hi David,

1. The default projection is indeed equal area. There are other projections supported as well. Have a look at the documentation for more details.
2. You can adjust the MarkerSize manually by adding the corresponding option

plotpdf(ebsd,h,'points',107,'complete', 'antipodal','MarkerSize',5)
