Crystal Orientation from pole figure

Dear all,

let's say, [001] and [100] are two vectors (or points) in the crystal (local) coordinate system for a cubic crystal. I need to know these two vectors in the global (specimen) coordinate system provided that both coordinate systems have common origin.  Available information only I have is the attached figure. Could anyone please help me to find that?

It is better to mention that I am an absolute beginner in this kind of stuffs. One of my friend suggested that may be it is very easy to find that with MTEX. If so, could you please mention which command or function should I use?
