pole figure plot

Hello,

When I use the command, "plotpdf(odf, h, 'contour') for plotting the recalculated pole figures from ODF, I could see only a semi-circle of my pole figures. I believe it may happen since I impose orthorhombic sample symmetry for my ODF initially. Is there any way for getting a full pole figure, since that gives a better picture and clarity?

I am attaching one such pole figure for your kind reference.

You are right. This is because of orthorhombic sample symmetry. Use

plotpdf(odf,h,'complete')

to get the complete sphere.
