Problems loading in .uxd file from updated Bruker software

Hi,

I am having trouble loading in .uxd files (from Bruker Discover). I have previously been able to load these files without problems. But I think the data format may have changed slightly in an update to the Bruker acquisition software and therefore MTEX cannot detect the file format. After each column of data there are two separate fields which I think are background readings. These were not in the old .uxd files that worked and so think these may be the problem.

Has anyone encountered any similar problems?

Any help would be greatly appreciated (.uxd files attached - One that works (Basal1_V3.uxd and the new one that doesn't (Sample 2_002_100_109_A.uxd). I am running MTEX 4.0 on Mac OS Matlab 2014a
