Plotting EBSD map from script

Dear Sir,

I am Nitesh Raj. I have imported the EBSD data file(.osc or .ang) to mtex as per the documentation, I could plot through the plot option in the wizard but I could not plot through the generated script upon finishing the wizard. In the import wizard I'm getting phase-1 and phase-0, I didn't understand why is it showing two phases. I have tried filling both the phases with Ni (since my material is Ni based superalloy) and filled phase-1 indexed with Ni.ctf and left phase-0 notindexed and tried the other way round too, which lead me a plane white colored plot. Please help me out.
