import synthetic microstructure data to mtex

Hello, I am trying to import some artificially generated  microstructure data to mtex.  I have generated these synthetic data by Dream 3d. The data csv file contains values of three Euler angles, 4 average quternion parameters, phases, volume and surfaces. It does not have vertices x y coordinates. Also, the generated microstructure is in 3D, not 2D. I could not import the csv file to mtex. I tried to import it with the import wizard as generic files (where you can manually specify the colums) and mtex asks for the euler angles and "spatial co ordinates (x y z) data which I do not have. Can anyone please tell me what to do?Anyone imported dream 3d synthetic data files to mtex before? Thanks in advance
