Dear IUCEE College Consortium Leaders,
Classle, a Social Learning Network, has come up with an event, Ready Steady Jobs, addressing Placement needs of students and track record of your college.
Beginning April 15th 2013, Ready Steady Jobs makes your students employment ready. As a part of this event each student will go through a few video based courses. These courses are Communication Skills course, Aptitude and a few technical courses for engineering students. Based on the performance in these courses we will generate a TraitSmart™ Report for every student, which is their passport to jobs. On the basis of this report recruiters will have a complete overview of a student and they will get to know about the students in detail, more than what an interview can help them to know.
Ready Steady Jobs can be considered as a formal training for the students prior to their jobs. The idea of this event is to make them employment ready for the jobs which suit their abilities & competence and make sure they don’t face any difficulties while going into a completely different environment.
This event is to enhance the placement track record of your college with the kind of results that we decipher out of the activities students do and the reports that are generated. Do encourage your students to participate in the event.
