a. Written Test on Aptitude Skills like Maths/Reasoning
b. Demo Session

3. Job Title: Senior Aptitude Trainer
4. Profile Details
The position involves the following points:
· Profile holder will be responsible for guiding the students for Quant section of exams like CAT/ GRE/GMAT/SAT/Bank PO as per the standard modules by engaging student and maintaining a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
· Job involves testing, evaluating and counselling students regarding their academic performance and goals. Accurate record keeping for daily attendance and student performance is also a part of the profile.
· Profile also includes content development for various exams
· Post course delivery, Designing & Analyzing the student feedback and improvising basis the feedback.
· Conducting demo lectures to prospective students
· Contribute towards development of the institute Brand - involving various online/offline activities
· Assist in the overall centre management
5. CGPA Cutoff – 7.0
6. JOB LOCATION: Patiala
7. COMPENSATION DETAILS
a. Selected Candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month
b. Based on performance during training(6 Months), the candidate will be offered a full time position with an annual CTC of INR 4,25,000
CTC DETAILS
i. INHAND: INR 360,000 PER ANNUM
ii. Performance Incentive(Yearly Basis): Upto INR 40,000
iii. Retention Bonus: INR 50,000 (Will be Paid if a Candidate stays with the company for atleast 2 Years)
c. Training Period: 6 Months from the Date of Joining
d. The candidate will be expected to sign a ONE year service agreement upon CTC structure coming into effect.
e. The CTC will be revised annually based on the employee’s performance.
8. Note: 1 Year Bond (Student will have to pay Rs. 200,000 if he or she leaves before 1 year)
