Job Description:
Asst. Manager (Technical Services)
This is the Junior Level Executive position for EIA Section at entry level. These Executives are responsible for executing project activities in line with the Work Order but not limited to as below:
· To interact with PPs and get project details.
· To ensure that the project details are complete.
· To fill up Form-1 and prepare TOR for projects needing EIA and submit to EAC/SEAC based on project details.
· To defend TOR and obtain TOR approval .
· To organize base line data generation as per TOR through laboratory.
· To fill up Form1/1A and prepare Conceptual Plans (CP) for projects not needing EIA and to submit to statutory bodies.
· To present above to EAC/SEAC/SEIAA to get Environmental Clearance (EC).
· To write and submit draft EIA reports and Executive Summary translated in local language to statutory bodies for projects needing public hearing.
· To organize and attend Public Hearing.
· To compile Public Hearing proceedings and prepare Final EIA report.
· To defend Final EIA report at EAC/SEAC and obtain clearance.
· To assist client in obtaining Consent to Establish (CTE) from concerned SPCB.
· To complete any other activities as per Work Order.
In addition to the technical activities, all EROs will be responsible for development and QMS activities as follows:
· To perform all development activities as advised by Coordinator like compiling necessary reports, notifications and technical manuals; applying them in report preparation; making model reports and presentation formats; disseminating information with other EROs; preparing ‘dockets of information’ SEAC- wise and for central EAC from past and latest MOMs as available state- wise and from EAC.
· To ensure complying with Quality Management System (QMS), as contained in the Quality Manual of GRC India for each activity like filling up Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) for assigned project, filling up daily status reports indicating project deliverables achieved so that percentage progress can be derived at, filling up job cards, maintaining all references in calculations, preserving all calculations in a presentable way, controlling all records and documents, maintain files by filing all letters/calculations/references/other documents date wise.
· To cooperate with MR in maintaining QMS of GRC.
· To assist in specially assigned tasks connected with the organization’s Voluntary arm – “SEARCH Foundation”.
Asst. Manager (Job Description BD)
Generating Database in coordination with Regional Coordinators (States).
• Making Fresh Calls and Follow ups to Builders/ Architects / all other sectors in the respective states to generate prospective clients and generate w.o.
• Generating Work orders via proper Follow Ups.
• Keeping track of daily work activities of Regional Coordinators (RCs).
• Sending Profiles to the Prospective Clients.
• Forwarding the Leads to the National Coordinator.
• Guiding Technical Queries and Updating respective Regional Coordinators.
• All activities associated with Tendering work.
• Other Additional responsibilities as per requirements.
Docs. to maintain:
1. Calling database: Clients/ Positive leads.
2. DSR/ATR.
3. Tender record files.
4. Instruction List & Records.
5. Sent Client docs.
6. DSR/ATR of RCs (File).
Skills and experience
• B tech/M tech/MBA/PGDBM.
• Good in computer skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all staff members, customers and the industry.
• Forward thinking and pro-active in order to find solutions to problems.
• Positive attitude and a reliable team member.
• Flexibility to travel globally will be required.
