Subject:- Request to process stipend payment pending and due for January, 2016.
Respected Sir,
We, the students of M.tech CSE 2014-16 batch, have not received stipend for the month of January, 2016. We had inquired about this and also requested for the due payment in the Accounts office, Department of CSE and Academic office between the months of Feb - July, 2016. It was informed that all the stipend forms of the batch have been misplaced. In this regard, our batch has already written an application in the month of September and submitted it to HOD, CSE Department, which is attached herewith. Also, please find attached the list of all CSE students of our batch. We have done our best to complete the official formality in this regard and now the year has come to an end.
We would like to request your goodselves to please look into this matter and process the due stipend payment.
