Hi All,

Here is the summary of today's class rep meeting:

Dates for Project phase 2 reviews:

7th and 8th February 2011: First review- 25% of project work has to be completed.(10 marks)

7th and 8th March 2011: Second review- 75% of project work has to be completed.(15 marks)

4th and 5th April 2011: Third review- Full project work and demo.(25 marks)

18th and 19th April 2011: Draft of project report to project guide.(Report same format as that of first phase but up to 80pages.First page of report will be shared later).

25th and 26th April 2011: Bound report to be submitted to HOD.

The dates for the EXTERNAL review(50 marks) will be informed later.

Some important points:

Make sure you sign the attendance sheet every time you attend the review.Attendance will be considered from this sheet only.
Check marks after the review when they are uploaded in the university website.
Any changes will be intimated through mail.
