I believe we have some good news finally!
From Nancy's mail a different picture is emerging though.Completely
different reasons are now being aired as to why some of us were being
asked to shift. I have a feeling that even the Council members of the
hostel were aware that such a reason would not be too convincing. The
sophies are already settled somewhere, there should not have been any
reason to move them.They would be staying in double rooms anyway, old
building or new building.
But naturally, why would the council let go of a chance of deifying
them?
Let's hope that no more changes are made to this decision.
And hence, do we need to go to the HCU or anywhere today?

You are right .finaly some good news.It happen only because we stuck together..Thanks a lot girls..
As for meeting HCU,I think we can wait till some further action is taken.What is your opinion?

Yes. Its indeed a good news. We can wait meeting HCU till some further action is taken. Though the shifting issue is resolved. But the tripling of some rooms may still happen. We should be prepared for taking action for that as well, if something like that happens.--

Hi,
Am relieved to hear that we do not have to shift. The reason being given now is totally baseless and contradicting with the reasons given earlier. They just want better rooms for themselves as clear as that. Nothing to do with the space crunch. I hope there aren't any changes to this decision and if there is then we should go to the HCU immediately.
Thanx everyone for standing by us and especially to Rupsha and Violet, who spear headed our attack. Had we not fought back, this good news wouldn't have come.
