Greetings from CAPIOT!

We are writing to express our interest to associate with your college for the off-campus recruitment drive we plan to conduct at CAPIOT office for B.E./ B.Tech Computer Science/IT Engg students.

The role we would be offering is that of a Junior Consultant and the locations would be Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Currently, we have 15 openings for the role in Hyderabad, but in case we find exceptional talent and participation, we could offer more candidates for our other locations.

 

Compensation and benefits:

The CTC we would offer is upto Five Lakhs per annum which would be a 90:10 compensation pattern where 90% would be fixed base salary and 10% would be target incentive.

 CAPIOT Benefits plan would be over and above the Annual Fixed Compensation which includes:

Insurance: 100% premium paid by company

·  Health/Medical Insurance Cover  (For employee, spouse, two dependent children) of  INR 5,00,000

·  Personal Accident Insurance for employee (Three times the annual fixed salary)

·  Gratuity - Applicable after five years of continuous service with CAPIOT Software India as per Gratuity Act

·  Leaves - Earned leaves: 20 | Sick leaves: 12
