Provisional certificate application

Hi All ,
  All those who have completed their viva and are eligible to take their "provisional certificate " please apply it by tomorrow. So that we can get it soon.
For applying for the certificate you will need.
1. 10th Certificate xerox.
2. One passport size photograph.
3. 230 rupees cash.
    please take the forms from swathi maam and apply by tomorrow compulsary. Its a request.
