Subject: Supplementary Examinations 2015 for Final year (2015 pass out) and Pre-Final Year (2016 pass out) Students.
1. Supplementary Examinations 2015 are to be conducted from 1st July, 2015 onwards for courses of Odd Semester and 15th July 2015 onwards for courses of Even Semester and it is applicable to Final and Pre-Final year students. It is clarified that the students in their extended period of Academic Course of Study in academic year 2014-15 will also be eligible to appear in the Supplementary Examinations.
2. Declarations of results of End Semester Examinations April-May 2015 are in progress.
3. Last date for submission of Online Examination Form by the students along with Examination Fee of Rs. 1000/- per course unit is fixed between 24th June to 8th July, 2015 for courses of even semesters. The students, who remain Unsuccessful due to back papers or low SGPA/CGPA, may please be informed accordingly. No further extension of date will be granted.
4. Online supplementary examination form will be available on Amizone of students from 24th June,15 with facility of online payment. Students are required to fill up online Examination Form on Amizone separately for the courses of Odd (already closed on 19th June,15) and Even semesters. Students whose name is not listed on Amizone (earlier batches) may fill up the Supplementary Examination Form and pay fees as was in practice earlier complying to the same last date.
5. The HoIs are requested to forward 02 sets of question papers by 10th July 2015 for courses of even semester for all those courses in which the students will apply to appear in the Supplementary Examination. The Schedule of Supplementary Examinations will be notified a week before the commencement of supplementary examination, however, scheduling of any course will be conditional subject to receipt of question paper as per deadline.
6. For NTCC please follow the procedure as laid down in guidelines of NTCC in case students have backlogs. Individual cases will have to be forwarded to examinations for approval of competent authority as decision on duration for re do of NTCC as per associated credit and date of viva will have to be approved.
